Exploring how TFB dialogues with different areas of knowledge and spirituality
Each week, we choose a suggestion from our community to apply the integrative lens of TFB. Here you can explore all published readings.

Why is the TFB order specifically: Axis → Functioning → Feeling → Emotions → Thought → Behavior? This reading explains how TFB arrived at this sequence through convergence with the 5 Levels, validation by 10 protected pillars, and the author's near-absolute certainty about this structural order.

Sub-beliefs exist within Functioning (2nd in TFB order) and form uniquely for each person and context. Binary registration occurs between the Axis and Functioning. Under pressure, sub-beliefs collapse back to this primary binary registration.

TFB deepens the functional map (axis, sub-beliefs, feeling) while CBT offers concrete intervention tools. Integrated, they allow reading complex cases with more finesse and intervening without promising "total reformatting", but rather more flexibility and responsibility.

TFB deepens the functional map that precedes language (binary registration, pre-verbal feeling) while Lacan offers conceptual tools to understand how the symbolic organizes the subject. Integrated, they allow reading complex cases with more finesse.

Metacognition is the ability to think about one's own thinking. In the TFB order, it emerges only AFTER thought—a later layer of observation. It expands awareness but does not inaugurate functioning or guarantee structural reorganization of the axis.

Neuroplasticity is the brain's capacity to reorganize neural connections through experience and repetition. In TFB logic, sub-beliefs organize from repeated registrations—and this repetition finds correspondence at the neural level. Neuroplasticity is the biological correlate of possible sub-belief reorganization.

TFB enters as the logic for organizing AI monitoring, not as content explained to the user. It functions as an internal map that reacts to directional tendency, not isolated phrases. The goal is not to humanize the machine, but to limit it to protect the human.
